Editorial. The eu leader Programme: Rural Development Laboratory

摘要: This paper introduces the theme of seven papers this 'special issue'on eu leader rural development initiative. Having described genesis and general characteristics ,the proposes a set four analytical frameworks which might serve to guide study leader-type interventions:(I)leader as quasi-marketization development;(II)leader politicization/democratization development;(III)leader endogenous discourse;and (IV)leader potential for humanistic/personalist form development.
