摘要: Abstract Motor threshold (MT) is a global measure of corticospinal excitability in transcranial magnetic stimulation determined over the primary motor cortex. It commonly quantified as intensity (SIMT) able to induce muscle response certain amplitude after 5/10 consecutive stimuli. SIMT known be dependent on coil-to-cortex distance (CCD). Hypothetically, effect CCD could removed by using computed estimate for stimulus-induced maximum cortical electric field at MT level (EFMT). The CCDs six volunteers were artificially increased 16.3 ± 3.5 mm 5–7 steps. At each CCD, was estimated first dorsal interosseous right hand and EFMT well curves.
