摘要: After immunohistochemical staining the size and maturational stage of fetal megakaryocytes from 20 human fetuses 12 to 21 weeks' gestation were compared with those normal adults. The mean diameter was 14.0 microns when stained antiglycoprotein IIb (Tab) 15.2 antifactor VIII, which significantly smaller than adult megakaryocytes, 18.4 Tab 20.6 factor VIII. proportion immature (stage II) cells higher--and mature IV) lower--in tissue in adult. shift a less population indicated that there differences at non-mitotic phase development fetus. Such probably associated quantitative qualitative platelet abnormalities newborn infants. Understanding physiology regulation megakaryocytopoiesis infants will be invaluable determining pathophysiology dysfunction newborn.
