摘要: The realization of memristor in nanoscale size has received considerate attention recently because can be applied different potential areas such as spiking neural network, high-speed computing, synapses biological systems, flexible circuits, nonvolatile memory, artificial intelligence, modeling complex systems or low power devices and sensing. Interestingly, been used a nonlinear element to generate chaos memristive system. In this chapter, new system is proposed. fundamental dynamics properties are discovered through equilibria, Lyapunov exponents, Kaplan–York dimension. Especially, hidden attractor hyperchaos observed Moreover, synchronization for studied simulation results presented showing the accuracy introduced scheme. An electronic circuit modelling hyperchaotic also reported verify its feasibility.
