摘要: AbstractObjective: The purpose of this translational review (i.e. moving from basic primate research toward possible human applications) was to summarize non-human literature on anxiety inform the development future assessments in non-verbal individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Methods: Systematic searches databases identified 67 studies that met inclusion criteria. Each study analysed and summarised terms (a) strategies used evoke anxiety, (b) behavioural indicators (c) physiological anxiety. Results: Eighteen were 48 17 measured. Conclusions: A number primates, if modified carefully, could be considered ongoing effort ASD. Potential applications assessment humans ASD are discussed.
