摘要: Immunohistochemical methods were used to investigate the development of inner ear immunocompetent cells in healthy, BALB/c mice over a 3-week period as result secondary response against keyhole limpet hemocyanin. Antibodies murine macrophages and granulocytes (anti-Mac-1), T-cells (anti-Lyt-1, anti-Lyt-2), immunoglobulins (anti-IgM, anti-IgG, anti-IgA) used. Mac-1 positive (Mac-1+) observed at 6 hours post-challenge endolymphatic sac cochlea rapidly increased both sites. Lyt-1+ gradually after challenge, peaking 2 3 weeks post-challenge. In cochlea, detected 1 day then increased. Lyt-2+ detectable by The predominant immunoglobulin-bearing cell was IgG, followed IgM, with IgA seen late response. We conclude that has capacity mount an immune through accumulation needed for antigen processing, antibody production, modulation T-helper suppressor activity.
