摘要: The use of photocatalytic titania nanoparticles in the development self-cleaning and depolluting paints microbiological surfaces is demonstrated. In former case surface erosion sensitised photooxidation shown to be controlled by catalytic grades anatase nanoparticles. For environmental applications coatings cementitious materials for destroying atmospheric pollutants such as nitrogen oxides (NOX) stable substrates are also illustrated with Here porosity through calcium carbonate doping crucial control effective destruction NOX gases. Good stability long term durability this aspect examined a variety material substrates. harmful bacteria/fungi nanoparticle important hydrated high area particles giving greatest activity. Data from commercial pilot studies used signify practicalities type new technology.
