摘要: Abstract The concept of capacity to absorb tourism has received considerable attention, but measures have seldom been applied plans. This void can be attributed varying interpretations the meaning capacity, complexity assessing and predicting impacts, opposition imposition limits on growth. In this paper, different are discussed, including inherent assumptions potential applications. It is concluded that best in a systematic planning process which includes no priori assumption optimality or ultimate growth change. A strategic model recommended establishment goals, ongoing evaluation optional use limits.
