摘要: This study examined how multicultural readings included in the introduction to psychology curriculum were linked an increase students’ interest and sensitivity. Specifically, this investigated impact of reading discussing articles on ethnocultural empathy, universality-diverse orientation, openness diversity. Second purpose was examine possible individual differences associated with response intervention. Participants current undergraduate students enrolled five sections class, which randomly assigned as control experimental groups. The are four original research that topics from a cross-cultural perspective. Measures dependent variables used were: Scale Ethnocultural Empathy (Wang et al., 2003), Personality Style Inventory for Adolescents (Lounsbury Experiences Close Relationships Short Form (Wei, Russell, Mallinckrodt, & Vogel, 2007), Miville–Guzman Universality– Diversity Scale-Short form (Fuertes, Miville, Mohr, Sedlacek,& Gretchen, 2000), Openness (Pascarella, Edison, Nora, Hagedon, Terenzini, 1996), Balanced Desired Responding (Paulhus, 1984).
