摘要: Nonresponsiveness to HBsAg vaccination is observed in 5–10% of vaccine recipients and possibly caused by a defect the T helper cell compartment. The immune response influenced genes major histocompatibility complex. We have investigated MHC class I II antigens 53 adult responders 73 nonresponders. Results obtained this first study were tested second with 56 62 nonresponders from an infant trial. In addition, peripheral Vβ-chain T-cell receptor repertoire was using monoclonal antibodies flowcytometry 26 38 nonresponders. As previously reported, nonresponsiveness associated DRB1∗3 DRB1∗7. DRB1∗13 significantly increased among (35.2% vs 5.4%; p < 0.0001) suggesting promoting effect for allele whereas closely related DRB1∗14 nonresponse study. There no evidence hole Vβ repertoire. conclusion, agreement results mice there appears be hierarchy DRB1∗ response. possible differential association may allow identification differences between responsiveness few amino acid β1-domain heterodimer.
