摘要: Alterations in phospholipid content and Cu/Zn superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity were examined rat brain after 15 min of global ischemia (four- vessel occlusion) followed by 2-, 24- or 48-h reperfusion. Phosphatidylcholine (PC) phosphatidylethanolamine (PE), the main phospholipids, markedly decreased ischemic rats remained during whole reperfusion period. Concentrations phosphatidylinositol (PI) sphingomyelin (SM) also significantly reduced but recovered pe- riod. In contrast, phosphatidylserine (PS) lysophospholipids (LysoPL) unchanged elevated 24 h Significant reductions blood plasma phospholipids demonstrated. 24-48 reper- fusion PE, PC PS contents, while concentrations almost alone. Brain SOD was to control value already 2 These results suggest that ischemia/reperfusion is accompanied a significant selective degradation may be attributable oxidative stress activation phospholipases.
