摘要: Takotsubo cardiomyopathy is an acute, reversible left ventricular dysfunction with characteristic contractility disorder and usually preceded by emotional or physical stress. Two cases of related to tracheal manipulation are presented. Both the patients had all typical symptoms signs cardiomyopathy, both them recovered completely within weeks. Tracheal a well-known stress factor during perioperative period, experience from these two stresses crucial role measures aimed reduction. Proper premedication calm environment recommended produce anxiolysis before intubation. The administration α- β-blockers also inhibit sympathetic caused manipulation.
