摘要: Total variation has proven to be a valuable concept in connection with the recovery of images featuring piecewise smooth components. So far, however, it been used exclusively as an objective minimized under constraints. In this paper, we propose alternative formulation which total is constraint general convex programming framework. This approach places no limitation on incorporation additional constraints restoration process and resulting optimization problem can solved efficiently via block-iterative methods. Image denoising deconvolution applications are demonstrated.
