摘要: In this paper, the glancing angle deposition technique is used to fabricate Au nanoparticle-assisted vertically aligned TiO2 nanowires (Au-NP-TiO2-NW) on glass and Si substrates. The effect of annealing plasmonic resonance optical properties Au-NP-TiO2-NW are investigated by UV-visible absorption photoluminescence spectroscopy. field emission gun-scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive spectroscopy analysis manifests successful growth substrate presence Au, Titanium (Ti), Oxygen (O), Silicon (Si) in sample. transmission microscope X-ray diffraction reveal polycrystalline nature anatase TiO2-NW Au-NPs improved crystal quality after annealing. rectifying behavior Au-NP-TiO2-NW/Si-based photodetector device under forward bias dark condition demonstrates formation p-n junction at interface p-Si. photocurrent current density recorded for 4 V $\sim 1.69\times 10^{-3}$ 1.14\times A/cm2, respectively. However, it interesting observe that an average ~60 folds as compared excellent response time on/off switching white light upon −3 V, which confirms potential application optoelectronics.
