Quantum oscillations in an inversion layer on p-PbTe

摘要: Abstract We report the observation of a variable density inversion layer on p -PbTe. The carriers in channel are found to have mobility order 250,000 cm 2 V -1 sec . Shubnikov-de Haas oscillations conductivity were measured magnetic fields up 6 T. From observed periodicity we conclude that represent only fraction total number electrons channel.
