摘要: Between 10 and 40% of P was lost during perchloric acid digestion NaHCO3 soil extracts for measurement organic P. This observation confirmed by 32P tracer experiments. Addition MgCl2 prevented loss, reduced variability replicate determinations ensured virtually 100% recovery added to solution before digestion. Losses were due both volatilisation conversion forms other than ortho-P in the mixture.
