摘要: AbstractThe aim of this study was to develop a novel mix micelles system composing two biocompatible copolymers Soluplus® and Pluronic F127 improve the solubility, oral bioavailability insoluble drug apigenin (AP) as model drug. The AP-loaded mixed (AP-M) were prepared by ethanol thin-film hydration method. formed optimal formulation AP-M provided with small size (178.5 nm) spherical shape at ratio 4:1 (Soluplus®:Pluronic F127), well increasing solubility 5.61 mg/mL in water which about 3442-fold compared that free AP. entrapment efficiency loading 95.72 5.32%, respectively, sustained release obtained vitro indicated.
