摘要: Sequential chemical extraction and synchrotron-based XANES spectroscopy techniques were used to identify P species in two ashes before after addition a prairie soil. The were: meat bone meal ash (MBMA) dried distillers grains (DDGA) plus mineral fertilizer (MP) for comparison. Soil treated with MP contained higher content of resin-Pi NaHCO3-Pi followed by DDGA MBMA. MBMA amended soil had the highest (47%) proportion recalcitrant HCl extractable fraction, reflecting more Ca-bound present being formed application. Analysis both application revealed that strong spectral features consistent hydroxyapatite (Ca5(PO4)3(OH)). exhibited mixture several Mg K phosphate salts rather than single species. distinctive spectra largely disappeared amendment soil, suggesting transformation different forms It is also possible added amount studied via DDGS or was small enough so speciation not from background level.
