摘要: Gold-dispersed BaTiO, thin films were prepared by the rf magnetron sputtering method. The atomic ratio of Ba to Ti in was varied and effects on linear nonlinear optical properties investigated. As increased, value χ(3)/α532 for gold-dispersed BaTiO3 slightly increased. It found that increase is due mainly a change crystalline state matrix. However, it also had smaller effect than did refractive index
