摘要: The characteristics of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), including their capacity to differentiate into multiple cell types lineage, relative ease expansion in culture, and immunomodulatory activities, make these a promising candidate type for number potential therapeutic applications such as tissue repair. Although the combination phenotypic functional properties currently used identify MSCs have yet be specified, unique are actively being exploited clinic treatment variety degenerative diseases. This review article focuses on recent progress MSC biology, development technologies enhance functions, advances MSC-based regeneration, specifically cartilage.
