摘要: Q fever is a common zoonosis worldwide. Awareness of the disease and newer diagnostic modalities have resulted in increasing recognition unusual manifestations. We report 3 cases osteomyelitis children review literature on 11 other reported cases. The demonstrate that Coxiella burnetii can cause granulomatous presents without systemic symptoms frequently results chronic, relapsing, multifocal clinical course. Optimal selection duration antimicrobial therapy methods monitoring are currently uncertain.
