摘要: Background Cancer treatment decision-making often needs to balance benefits, harms, and costs. This study sought identify the differences in cancer preference among oncologists, patients their family members China. Methods A semi-structured face-to-face qualitative interview was conducted recruited four tertiary hospitals The guide developed based on literature review expert consultation. Participants were asked indicate preferences when making lung decisions. All interviews audio-taped, transcribed verbatim, thematic analyzed. compared three groups of participants. Results total 17 participants (5 6 dyads members) interviewed between June July 2019. Five themes, namely, survival benefit, adverse effect/symptom, process, cost, impact daily life identified. oncologists gave highest priority while are concerned most about cost quality life. Conclusion reveals different for Education is needed empower promote share this country.
