摘要: Summary Thiamine deficiency resulted in inhibition of two main pathways supplying energy to the tissues: glycolysis and β-oxidation. Glycolysis was found be inhibited 40% initial value calculated on basis RBC trans-membrane transport glucose. Prolongation experiment cause lowering uptake this sugar. In rats, production from fatty acids (FA) seems less sensitive thiamine than glycolysis. After 30 days feeding, utilization FA rats depressed 61% value. Thiamine suppressed insulin secretion, changes were statistically significant. Feeding with restricted diet for 1 month caused reduction serum by 14%. same animals, glucose reduced over two-times, what might suggest a decreased efficiency action such conditions. The kind concentration non-digestible fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) did not affect significantly animals fed diet. Substitution part wheat starch FOS has only insignificant compensatory effect A partial amelioration β-oxidation feeding deficient observed supplemented FOS. However, significant receiving containing 10% inulin. their significant, when pulled supplementation groups used statistical evaluation.
