GROUND-STATE BEHAVIOR OF THE THREE-DIMENSIONAL J RANDOM-BOND ISING MODEL

摘要: Large numbers of ground states the three-dimensional $\pm J$ random-bond Ising model are calculated for sizes up to $14^3$ using a combination genetic algorithm and Cluster-Exact Approximation. Several quantities as function concentration $p$ antiferromagnetic bonds. The critical where ferromagnetic order disappears is determined Binder cumulant magnetization. A value $p_c=0.222\pm 0.005$ obtained. From finite-size behavior magnetization exponents $\nu=1.1 \pm 0.3$ $\beta=0.2 0.1$ calculated.
