摘要: Both phytoplankton and bacteria are key abundant components of aquatic ecosystems play pivotal roles in maintaining ecosystem structure function. However, the extent to which community succession influences changes bacterial composition (BCC) is largely unknown. In this study, we evaluated correlations between communities determined relative contribution temporal variation BCC a subtropical drinking water reservoir (Tingxi Reservoir, southeast China). Bacterial were investigated by quantitative PCR 454 pyrosequencing 16S rRNA genes, while analyzed light microscopy. A remarkable seasonal from Cyanophyta Bacillariophyta was observed during study period, can accurately predict distribution abundance OTUs based on discriminant function analysis. Association networks revealed that 38 46 exhibited significant with phytoplankton. More interestingly, positive dominated associated network, may suggest facilitative more important than inhibitory Tingxi Reservoir. addition, some closely correlated dynamics Microcystis, they affiliated divisions Acidobacteria, Actinobacteria, Proteobacteria. Structural equation model showed explained largest part BCC. Therefore, our data distinct mediate
