摘要: Monitoring the bioelectrochemical activity of living cells with sensor array-based microsystems represents an emerging technique in a large area biomedical applications, ranging from basic research to various fields pharmacological analyses. The main appeal is ability these miniaturised perform, real time, non-invasive in-vitro investigations physiological state cell population. In this paper, we present two different designed for multisite monitoring first microsystem, intended cellular metabolism monitoring, consists array 12 spatially distributed ISFETs detect small pH variations induced by second microsystem 40 and 20 gold microelectrodes it has been monitor electrical neurons. This achieved direct coupling neuronal culture ISFET sensitive layer utilising stimulation.
