摘要: In this paper, an early intervention solution for collegiate faculty called Course Signals is discussed. was developed to allow instructors the opportunity employ power of learner analytics provide real-time feedback a student. relies not only on grades predict students' performance, but also demographic characteristics, past academic history, and effort as measured by interaction with Blackboard Vista, Purdue's learning management system. The outcome delivered students via personalized email from member each student, well specific color stoplight -- traffic signal indicate how student doing. system itself explained in detail, along retention performance outcomes realized since its implementation. addition, perceptions will be shared.
