摘要: Lichen planus is a disorder characterized by lesions of the skin and oral mucous membranes. Although many patients have involvement both mucosa at some stage during progress disease, larger group has alone. It been reported that lichen (OLP) affects one to two percent general population potential for malignant transformation in cases (1, 2). Like chronic inflammatory diseases, it often persists years. Numerous disorders may be associated with OLP such as graft-vs.-host disease Hepatitis C virus infection (3), however, unclear how diverse influences elicit indeed whether they are identical idiopathic OLP. Available evidence supports view cell-mediated immunological response an induced antigenic change (4-6). Studies immunopathogenesis aim provide specific novel treatments well contributing our understanding other diseases. In this paper, interactions between mast cells T explored from standpoint immune regulation. From these data, unifying hypothesis then developed presented.
