摘要: Abstract An anomalous increase in radon concentration was measured at the Nakaizu observatory on Izu Peninsula prior to 2011 Tohoku earthquake using a custom-made counter. Since more than three times standard deviation of variations over 35 years recorded data, it is considered likely that precursor earthquake. Following earthquake, decreased exponentially background level. The explained modified volatilization model containing important aquifer parameters: groundwater saturation ratio, fracture surface area per unit volume, and porosity. can also explain behavior 1978 Izu-Oshima-Kinkai
