摘要: Background Breast cancer is the second most common among Tanzanian women. Advanced disease at presentation not uncommon our patients with reasons for such late being unknown. Late costly to treat compared early presentation, and further carries dismal outcome. Understanding factors related will help formulate strategies downstage through intervention. This study therefore sought understand presenting advanced breast in Tanzania. Methodology This was an analytical cross-sectional hospital-based that involved Muhimbili National Hospital during period of from February 2018 January 2019.
