摘要: Abstract Asthma poses a threat to human health, and its pathogenesis is closely related the neuroimmune system. Majie cataplasm can not only regulate immune system but also nervous in asthma patients for components. We speculate that may relieve asthmatic with sensitivity hormone or by regulating body's Methods In this experiment, mouse model of was well established ovalbumin. The lung function animals examined pathological changes tissue were assessed hematoxylin-eosin staining. Serum immunoglobulin E (IgE), calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) neurokinin A (NKA) measured ELISA. location CGRP, CD3 neutrophil their expressions detected immunofluorescence addition, contents CGRP mRNA, Substance P (SP) interleukin (IL)-17 mRNA interleukin(IL)-13 quantitative polymerase chain reaction. Results Compared group, dexamethasone equivalently airway hyperresponsiveness, make content serum IgE reduced. they lower NKA after OVA stimulation, effect more obvious cataplasm. Our results showed Cataplasm could inhibit secretion infiltration T lymphocytes together neutrophils reduce SP IL-17 IL-13 tissue. Conclusion effectively relieves neuropeptides such as reduces cells tissue, regulates system, has therapeutic potential both Th2 neutrophilic asthma.
