摘要: Cyanotoxins released from cyanobacteria (or blue-green algae) pose an increasing public health risk worldwide. In this study, the release of cyanotoxin microcystin, Microcystis aeruginosa due to oxidative, ultraviolet (UV), and physical impacts during water treatment was studied. Additionally, relative absolute rates chemical oxidation six microcystins were determined for selected oxidants. Cell viability measured based on dosage using a fluorescence method. The specific oxidants studied free chlorine ( HOCl/ OCl− ) , dioxide, ozone, permanganate, monochloramine. UV energy at 254 nm. For UV, exposures or doses examined typical disinfection dosages. Other treatments included low high salinity, ultrasonics, blending. Free chlorine, monochloramine, ozone observed least partially disinfect cyanobacteria, while ...
