摘要: H19 polymorphisms are associated with increased susceptibility to several cancers; however, their role in hepatoblastoma remains unclear. In this study, we investigated the association between three (rs2839698 G>A, rs3024270 C>G, rs217727 G>A) and 213 patients. The rs2839698 were significantly risk, GG genotype a higher risk of than CC at locus. polymorphism was decreased AG lower genotype. These findings confirmed by combined analysis, stratification analysis revealed that age, gender clinical stage susceptibility. GGG AGG haplotypes compared GCA reference (rs2839698, rs3024270, rs217727). correlated MRPL23-AS1 expression, whereas expression. Overall, rs2839698, Chinese Han population.
