摘要: We present a model of magnetotransport inhomogeneous conductors based on an array coupled four-terminal elements. show that this generically yields nonsaturating magnetoresistance at large fields. also discuss how approach simplifies finite-element analysis bulk semiconductors in complex geometries. argue is explanation the observed silver chalcogenides and potentially other disordered conductors. Our method may be used to design magnetoresistive response microfabricated array.
