摘要: Mice are increasingly being used as models of human cardiovascular disease. (1) To a large extent, this has resulted from exciting advances in molecular genetics have enabled investigators to selectively modify the mouse genome study function specific genes and proteins vivo. In chapter, we describe method for studying arterial thrombosis mice. This exhibits several features observed animal models. Therefore, it should prove useful examining genetic determinants thrombolysis at sites injury.
