摘要: Abstract The aim of this workis to study the microstructure and D.C electrical conductivity polyaniline-TiO2-poly-vinyl alcohol polymeric composite material synthesized by two methods. first method synthesis involved mixing 40 wt% blendedpowders polyaniline TiO2 micro particles in aqueous solution PVA second used ‘in situ’ deposition technique which nano particle sized fine grade anatase powder (approximately 50 nm average size) was placed polymerization reaction mixture aniline, resulted being deposited on surface nano-TiO2 forming a core-shell structure. polymer then directly blendedwith poly vinyl-alcohol, resulting alcohol. microstructural studies results shows that fabrication not only gives continuous fibrous structure conducting without any agglomeration TiO2, whereas non-conducting zone. It films with higher conductivity, comparison method, increases increasing voltage.
