摘要: Automated text-based messaging interaction using natural language understanding technologies enables messages to be received from users and interpreted by a self-service application platform so that the can respond in an automated manner. The characters strings of contained within text message are extract words, which then processed engine determine content message. is used generate response static and/or dynamic grammars automate process interacting with user via messages. Multiple formats supported, including transmitted Short Messaging Service (SMS), instant messaging, chat, e-mail.
