摘要: Purpose/Background: It is not clear whether the addition of hip strengthening exercises will improve outcomes during early stages ACL rehabilitation. The purpose this study was to determine effects isolated traditional rehabilitation on (within first 3 months) after reconstruction (ACLR). Methods: A total 43 subjects (18.8±6.9, 21 females, 22 males) who were in process following ACLR participated. Subjects randomly assigned one two different treatment groups (1= [NoHip], 2= plus [Hip]). Assessment included International Knee Documentation Committee (IKDC) Subjective Form, Visual Analog Scale (VAS) for pain activities daily living, and knee extension range motion (ROM) side difference taken at weeks 1, 4, 8, 12. In addition, dynamic balance assessed with Y Balance Test™ 8 12 weeks. mixed model repeated measures ANOVA performed IKDC, VAS, ROM. one-way used assess mean group differences Test – Lower Quarter (YBT-LQ) scores
