摘要: A method of separating optical isomer, by which resolution an isomer mixture can be efficiently conducted using a packing material is inexpensive per se and has excellent ability to separate optically active compounds in place expensive silica gel pseudo-moving-bed chromatographic separator. This characterized the use particles polysaccharide derivative, preferably ester derivative and/or carbamate as for resolution.
