摘要: Iliolumbar vein to iliac artery grafts were placed in 21 rats by microsurgical techniques. Graft innervation was examined at five time intervals between 1 and 32 weeks after surgery. Nerve fibers demonstrated microscopically formaldehyde-induced fluorescence of catecholamines. The morphology degree graft assessed, semiquantitatively, relative the contralateral (control) within each animal. Nerves seen region as early 2 weeks, but it not until 4 that they present along its length (5 mm). formation a nerve plexus adventitia surrounding evident 8 weeks. By 16 had increased level greater than control three four animals examined. Grafts also hyperinnervated. However, this different from arteries; finer, varicosed, located distance outer layer smooth muscle cells. origin nerves appeared be collateral sprouts supplying adjacent invading vasa vasorum. host did contribute innervation.
