摘要: Green mold of Pleurotus ostreatus, caused by Trichoderma species, has recently resulted in crop losses worldwide. Therefore, there is an emerging need for rapid means diagnosing the causal agents. A PCR assay was developed detection pleurotum and pleuroticola, two pathogens causing green P. ostreatus. Three oligonucleotide primers were designed identifying these species a multiplex based on DNA sequences within fourth fifth introns translation elongation factor 1α gene.
