摘要: Resume L’imiquimod, un analogue nucleosidique de la famille des imidazoquinolines, est immunomodulateur a usage cutane et cutaneo-muqueux utilisable chez l’Homme pour le traitement verrues ano-genitales, carcinomes baso-cellulaires certaines formes keratoses actiniques. Ses proprietes antivirales antitumorales ont egalement ete mises profit dans d’autres affections cutanees. Il plus recemment utilise les animaux domestiques. Dans cette synthese, mecanisme d’action l’imiquimod detaille. Ce dernier repose essentiellement sur son role en tant que ligand Toll-Like recepteurs (TLRs) 7 et 8. Cela lui confere ses generant une synthese accrue d’interferon alpha, cytokines pro-inflammatoires, chimiokines mediateurs promouvant, entre autre, l’activation cellules presentatrices d’antigenes, impliquees l’immunite antivirale. L’imiquimod agit voie caspases favorisant l’apoptose cellulaire, ce qui antitumorales. Le atteintes virales tumorales illustre partir d’exemples tires litterature l’homme, mais chat, cheval chien.
