摘要: The objective of this article is to speculate on the urban restructuring process in China’s transition a market economy. Previous studies suggest that broad theoretical framework much needed develop hypotheses for further empirical studies. This paper draws its insights from relevant contemporary capitalist cities, particular, political economy analysis and capital switching, structure building provision creation rent gap, institutional property rights.
