摘要: Abstract A track-pad is a pointing device, featuring tactile sensor, able to translate the motion and position of user's finger, or stylus, relative on screen. In this paper piezoelectric sensor for applications proposed; active element device cheap piezoceramic bimorph disk, widely used in buzzers telephone receivers, clamped all around its border. The operating principle following: when stylus positioned surface, displacement field contact point modified, with consequent variation electrical input impedance; can be therefore related impedance variation. system was analyzed by FEM, obtaining clear dependence characteristic frequencies radial position, while moving along angle, values obtained. prototype realized FEM results were experimentally confirmed, validating proposed performance.
