摘要: In the recent years, nanotechnology is most developing branch due to a wide variety of potential applications in biomedical, biotechnological and agriculture fields. The binding nanoparticles with various biological molecules makes them attractive candidates for using sensor technologies. particularly actual obtaining bionanomembranes based on biocatalytic elements improved sensing characteristics. aim this investigation study properties microbial L-lactate-selective recombinant Hansenula polymorpha yeast cells overproducing flavocytochrome b2 (FC b2), as well additionally enriched by enzyme bound gold b2-nAu). Although, high permeability living being intensively studied (mostly delivery drugs), idea both technology increase amount target biosensing layer really novel. FC b2-nAu-enriched permeabilized were used construction bioselective membrane amperometric biosensor. Phenazine methosulphate was served free defusing electron transfer mediator which provides effective from reduced electrode surface. It shown that output L-lactate 2.5-fold higher when compared control cells. obtained results confirm additional enrichment cell improves analytical parameters sensor.
