Coulometric titration of thiols with electrogenerated chlorine

摘要: Coulometric titration ofthiols with chlorine in solution containing different electrolytes has been performed. Optimum determination conditions have found. The developed method was applied to the determinaton of mesna (0.25-10 μmol), L-cysteine (0.25-2 mercaptosuccinic acid (0.5-2.5 3-mercaptopropionic (0.42-8.3 cysteamine hydrochloride (0.5-3 carbimazole thiopental (0.1-1 thioglycolic (0.87-10 D-penicillamine (0.125-5 L-glutathione (0.5-10 μmol) and pharmaceutical preparations (Mistabron Anti -Uron). Determination error below 1%.
