摘要: The classic paper by Keith, Wagener, and Barker1in 1939 as well other studies2-7of the natural course of severe hypertension have shown that prognosis in untreated cases is poor. In series Barker, 79% 145 patients with malignant (group 4) were dead within one year only patient survived for five years after diagnosis was made (Figure).
