Flexibility in highway noise management

摘要: Abstract The problem of noise management was taken as a key element our life comfort. An adequate mitigation plan must be elaborated and implemented for number potential sources. general idea FLENO‐MA2 (FLExibility NOise MAnagement A2 POZNAN BY‐PASS) advisory system based on flexibility options situated different levels. In the recent years, two significant sources have been established in Poznan agglomeration: BY‐PASS part highway (BERLIN‐MOSCOW) NATO aircraft base Krzesiny. Both are urban area city. Special emphasis will placed an example operational decision‐aid. However, finding compromise solution diffused (using Internet) information about map (will present near future) is second goal this system.
