摘要: An 8-week feeding trial was conducted in a static indoor rearing system to examine the effects of partial substitution fish meal (FM) protein with sesame seed and without supplemental amino acids diets for rohu Labeo rohita fingerlings (average weight 3.82 +/- 0.05 g). Before incorporation into diets, Seasamum indicum fermented lactic acid bacteria Lactobacillus acidophilus order reduce/eliminate antinutritional factors tannin phytic present it. Twelve experimental (diets D1 D12) were formulated replacing FM from reference diet at different levels (four sets which each set three contained 30%, 40% 50% replacement by respectively). Diets D3 not supplemented any acid. Lysine D4 D6. D7 D9 methionine-cystine (together), D10 D12 lysine (together). added 5.7% 3.1% dietary respectively. The groups fed had significantly lower percentage gain, specific growth rate (SGR) higher feed: gain ratio (FGR) than on other diets. addition replaced (diet improved FGR. live SGR values differed (P < 0.01) D12, all acids. results study suggest that can effectively utilize replace up if is properly processed (fermented) deficient
