摘要: Purpose Choriocapillaris (CC) imaging of normal eyes with swept-source optical coherence tomographic angiography (SS-OCTA) was performed, and the percentage CC flow deficits (FD%) average area (FDa) were compared within given macular regions. Design A prospective, cross-sectional study. Methods Subjects ranging in age from their 20s through 80s imaged SS-OCTA (PLEX Elite 9000; Carl Zeiss Meditec, Dublin, California, USA) using both 3×3-mm 6×6-mm scan patterns. The images generated a previously published validated algorithm. In scans, FD% FDa measured circular regions centered on fovea diameters as 1 mm 2.5 mm (C1 C2.5). an additional region diameter 5 mm (C5). correlations between each analyzed Pearson correlation coefficients. Results total 164 analyzed. There excellent measurements region. C1 C2.5 0.83 0.90, respectively. C1, C2.5, C5 0.89, Conclusions When measuring FDs, we found scans. Further studies are needed to determine if one parameter is more useful when studying diseased eyes.
